Our platform facilitates intimate gatherings, exclusive events, and premium experiences. We act as an intermediary, providing the technology and verification processes to ensure quality experiences for all participants.

Acceptance of Terms

  • By accessing and using Spotlyte, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.
  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

Event Registration & Attendance

  • Event registrations are subject to host approval and verification process.
  • Spotlyte acts as a facilitator between hosts and attendees.
  • Attendance confirmation does not guarantee entry if you violate event rules.
  • You must comply with venue rules and host guidelines during events.
  • False information in registration may result in cancellation without refund.
  • Events may have age restrictions or other eligibility criteria.

Payments & Refunds

  • Event fees are collected at the venue unless otherwise specified.
  • Prices are subject to change and may vary by event.
  • Refund policies are determined by individual event hosts.
  • Spotlyte is not responsible for payment disputes between attendees and hosts.
  • Service fees, if any, are non-refundable.
  • You are responsible for any additional charges at the venue.

Prohibited Conduct

  • Harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior towards hosts or attendees.
  • Sharing false or misleading information in your profile or registration.
  • Attempting to circumvent the platform to avoid fees or verification.
  • Recording or photographing events without explicit permission.
  • Reselling or transferring event spots without authorization.
  • Violating intellectual property rights of hosts or other users.
  • Using the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

Privacy & Data Protection

  • Your use of Spotlyte is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
  • We collect and process data necessary for service delivery.
  • Information may be shared with event hosts for verification purposes.
  • You consent to receiving event-related communications.
  • We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data.
  • You can request data deletion subject to legal requirements.

Liability & Disclaimers

  • Spotlyte is a platform connecting hosts and attendees; we are not event organizers.
  • We are not liable for the quality, safety, or outcome of events.
  • Attendees participate in events at their own risk.
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy of host-provided information.
  • Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for our services.
  • We are not responsible for third-party services or venues.

Dispute Resolution

  • Disputes between attendees and hosts should be resolved directly.
  • Spotlyte may assist in mediation but is not obligated to do so.
  • Any disputes with Spotlyte shall be resolved through arbitration.
  • These terms are governed by the laws of India.
  • Arbitration shall be conducted in Bangalore, Karnataka.
  • You waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits.

Modifications & Termination

  • We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time.
  • Continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.
  • You may delete your account at any time.
  • Termination does not affect existing event registrations.
  • Certain provisions survive termination (liability, disputes, etc.).

Additional Important Terms

Intellectual Property

All content on Spotlyte, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Vibeport Private Limited or its licensors. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without permission.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Spotlyte, its officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform or violation of these Terms.

Force Majeure

Spotlyte shall not be liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of nature, government actions, or technical failures.
